Approved Digital Advisors are part of the Government's Retail Advisor Scheme. The scheme ensures retail workers can help you properly identify and evaluate digital products and services. Approved Digital Advisors have completed an online assessment.
How can an approved Digital Advisor help me?
Once approved, digital advisors will be able to inform you about your options to get ready for digital TV, details of the digital switchover in your area and where to find more information. They can also give you information on the full range of equipment options available to you, and an opinion on which might suit you.

All approved Digital Advisors wear a badge displaying the Government's 'Get ready for digital TV' logo, their name and the date of their digital advisor status expiry. The scheme is not available for door-to-door or other roaming businesses.
