The Antenna Installer Endorsement Scheme ensures you have access to knowledgeable and experienced antenna installers who can help you get ready for digital TV.
The scheme is voluntary and free to join for antenna installers. It’s not a licence or qualification, but a way for you to know that the installer meets industry agreed standards.
How can an endorsed Antenna Installer help me?
Endorsed Antenna Installers can check your antenna is properly configured to receive digital TV. They can measure digital television signal levels at your home, provide advice about antenna selection and positioning or offer installation services for cabling, connectors, antennas and distribution equipment.
An endorsed Antenna Installer has met the industry agreed standards to help consumers make the switch to digital TV. Installers may be endorsed at three levels:
1. Domestic
2. Commercial
3. Satellite
Satellite level endorsed Antenna Installers have also completed the domestic level of assessment.

All endorsed Antenna Installers must wear a badge carrying the Australian Government’s ‘Get ready for digital TV’ logo. The badge also displays the installer’s name, photograph, ID number, endorsement end date, and the type of installation they are endorsed for.
