The switch to digital-only TV across areas of regional Queensland means that many towns will finally have the same number of channels as is available in city centres. To celebrate, the Minister for Broadband, Communications and Digital Economy hosted an event in Rockhampton with local businesses, stakeholders and Digital Freddy. A number of other events also took place across regional Queensland to celebrate switchover. See photos of all the events here.
