Important news for Mudgee Town residents
Digital services from the Mudgee Town transmission site (located at Colliers Hill) commenced on 19 December 2011. The upgrade of this ‘self-help’ site involved an early switchover. This means that the upgrade of this self-help site required the analog services to be switched off on the same day that the new digital services commenced.
The commercial broadcasters adjusted transmissions on 21 December to overcome an interference issue with the SBS services. Viewers may need to retune their TV or set-top box to receive the SBS services which are available on channel 51.
If you are experiencing problems receiving the new services, consider reviewing your current antenna setup and consult the antenna setup guide for further information on the appropriate set up for your area. A link to the antenna setup guide is available on the left.
Residents can also call the Digital Ready Information Line on 1800 20 10 13 for further information.
