On 5 June 2012 areas of southern and central NSW, ACT and the MIA will switch off their analog TV signals and switch to digital-only TV.

*Please note: switch off may occur earlier in some towns relying on a self-help transmission tower.
*Please note: Broadcasters have advised the Digital Switchover Taskforce that the early switch to digital TV scheduled for Oberon on 4 April 2012 has been postponed until late May.
Occasionally dates of early switchover change due to technical issues, weather or other factors. Analog services will continue to operate in Oberon until the early switchover occurs in late May. The Digital Switchover Taskforce will advise local council, media and stakeholders in Oberon of the new date and arrangements once finalised.
