On 5 June 2012 areas of southern and central NSW, ACT and the MIA will switch off their analog TV signals and switch to digital-only TV.

Important news for Mudgee Town residents
On 19 December 2011 broadcasters upgraded the self-help Mudgee Town transmitter from analog to digital. During the upgrade there was a problem with the input feed for the SBS digital service and as a result SBS digital channels were not currently available from the Mudgee Town transmitter, however, this has now been fixed.
